We want you to feel at home with us, to laugh, to create a good vibe. Have fun, bring your energy, and enjoy the moment – we certainly will.

And then, of course, there’s the wine list.
A topic that’s always in motion – a little mental carousel that keeps turning. Because honestly, it’s impossible to make everyone happy. But over the years, you develop a good sense of what pairs well with the kitchen – and what speaks to our own preferences.
For us, the wine selection isn’t a rigid system, but a living, breathing part of the menu. The focus is on sparkling wines, sake, and local winemakers.

A very special chapter for us is sparkling wine.
The whole team – and we say this with a big grin on our faces – loves sparkling wine in all its forms. Whether it’s local or from the Champagne region, we see bubbly as more than just an aperitif.
Bubbles work anytime: at the start, between courses, with the menu, or right at the end. Honestly, what’s better than a final little sparkle to freshen up the evening?

Our goal? To make you happy.
Maybe a little tipsy. And if you want to – and if you’re up for it – totally drunk. Life is too short for half measures.

By the way: Our alcohol-free pairings are completely homemade. Every drink is crafted by us – with just as much care as our wines.
