Reservations
Every reservation marks the beginning of a journey – one that invites you to taste, feel, and sense the elements: fire, smoke, salt, acidity.
We cook over open flames with a clear focus: fish is the essence of our menu. Therefore, we are unable to offer menus without fish.
For conceptual and technical reasons, we also cannot accommodate celiac disease, lactose or histamine intolerance, or allergies to allium plants.
As we work in an open kitchen, we kindly ask our guests to refrain from wearing perfume – or, if so, choose something very subtle. It allows the true aromas of the evening to unfold.
