Heute möchten wir euch mit auf eine Reise nehmen.
Im Idealfall schenkt ihr uns euer Vertrauen – auch bei der Getränkebegleitung.
Unser Menü spiegelt für uns das Beste wider, was die aktuelle Saison für uns bereithält.

Für das Menü habt ihr euch bereits bei der Reservierung entschieden.
Dieses kostet zweihundertfünfzig Euro pro Person.

Darüber hinaus habt ihr die Möglichkeit, euer Menü um zusätzliche Gänge zu erweitern:

die Zusatzgänge

Doppelt geklärte Essenz von gerösteter Kartoffel
15 g Kaviar Purmano „Selection Intense“
und gegrillte Schlagsahne

und / oder

Wagyu aus Hokkaidō
Beef Tea, gebunden mit Wagyu-Nduja, Knoblauch und Salat
– dreissig Euro pro Person–

– jeweils dreißig Euro pro Person –

Unsere Menüstruktur ist so konzipiert, dass auch mit beiden Zusatzgängen ein stimmiges Erlebnis gewährleistet ist.
Ihr könnt euch also ganz entspannt für einen oder beide Gänge entscheiden. 🙂

Bitte beachtet, dass wir die Zusatzgänge ausschließlich tischweise servieren.
Wenn ihr euch dafür entscheidet, servieren wir euch diese Gänge für den gesamten Tisch.

Es geht bei uns nie nur darum, satt zu werden.
Es geht um Völlerei, um Hedonismus – und vor allem um Spaß.

In addition, you have the option to enhance your menu with extra courses:

Our menu structure is designed so that even with both additional courses, a harmonious experience is ensured.
So you can relax and choose one or both courses. 🙂

If you decide on them, they will be served for the entire table.
